Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Counselor, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their learning requirements, explain our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective learners through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable language programs.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the admission journey.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of learners.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Teams, and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
