Job Description
Our client is a customer focused platform that streamlines the purchase of construction materials while connecting homeowners with trusted dealers and suppliers. The CEO will lead strategy, operations, and growth of the e-commerce mobile platform for building materials retail, focusing on marketing, dealer networks, and partnerships to drive revenue and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive the growth, profitability, and market positioning of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term competitiveness of the business model.
2. Marketing, Brand Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Lead marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Implement digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies to maximize reach.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and engagement programs.
3. Dealer, Distributor & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and partnerships with key industry stakeholders
- Develop incentive programs and ensure seamless integration of dealer/distributor inventory into the platform
4. Retail Sales & Customer Experience
- Optimize the mobile app for smooth transactions, payment gateways, and order tracking
- Enhance customer experience through personalized recommendations and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates and revenue growth

5. Financial & Operational Management
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and revenue forecasting
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards
- Provide regular business performance updates to the Managing Director
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1820 years of experience in e-commerce, retail sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, dealer/distributor management, and strategic partnerships
- Solid understanding of financial planning, P&L management, and revenue optimization
- Proven leadership ability to drive business growth and execute large-scale strategies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
