Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the visual

identity and day-to-day design needs of our brands. Peppers (Fried Chicken), Blu Pizzeria

(Niche Pizza Concept), and EatBeaf (Gourmet Burger Brand).

You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually engaging assets

across digital and print platforms, ensuring all designs are on-brand, high quality, and aligned

with our creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Adapt and resize designs for different platforms and formats (Instagram, TikTok, print, etc.).

Collaborate with social media, marketing, and content teams to align visuals with messaging.

Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Prepare design files for production and printing when required.

Stay updated on design trends and contribute fresh ideas.

Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance experience are a plus).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After

Effects, and Premiere Pro(motion basics are a plus).

Experience using Canva for quick adaptations and social-first content.

Basic understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color.

A strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.

Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Interest in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is a plus.

Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (academic or professional)
