Social Media & Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media & amp;

Content Creator to manage our brand’s online presence for Peppers (Fried chicken), Blu Pizzeria (Niche pizza concept), and Eat Beaf (Gourmet burger brand).

You’ll be responsible for creating, posting, and scheduling engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow our audience and increase engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create original, on brand content (photo, video, captions, graphics).
• Manage the content calendar and schedule posts across all social media platforms.
• Post content regularly and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and
• trends.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging and

  Occasionally capture in the moment content (events, behind the scenes, launches).
• Requirements:
• 2+ years of proven experience in content creation or social media management (F& amp; B, lifestyle, or fashion brands preferred).
• Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Photography/videography and editing skills (using Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Strong writing skills and creativity for crafting engaging captions and stories.
• Excellent time management and organization for scheduling and planning.
• A good eye for aesthetics, branding, and digital trends.
• Knows how to use scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
