Job Summary:

Were seeking an experienced and passionate Admission Counselor to join our team at The Narayana Group, Mumbai, Dadar West Branch. ( Candidate from Mumbai Only) As an Admission Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the admission process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless experience for our prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Admission Process Management: Manage the admission process for students, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

- Student Counseling: Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, addressing their queries and concerns about courses and colleges.

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various sources, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, ensuring efficient data management and analysis.

- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for revenue and enrolments.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling or a similar role.
