International Student Recruitment And Marketing Coordinator

The International Student Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator will report to the International Recruitment and Marketing Manager and drive The North Land Institute of Trainings student recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences to improve recruitment strategies and enhance enrollment outcomes.
  
• Support the development and implementation of social media content calendars, scheduling posts and monitoring performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and conferences, coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of promotional material.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to achieve KPIs.

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of graphic design projects, ensuring that all projects are on plan and on brand.
