Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Payments & P2P Market group including fiat on/off-ramps, internal payment rails, and P2P crypto trading.
Lead and scale a team of product managers, driving cross-functional execution across engineering, risk, operations, and compliance.
Expand and optimize fiat on-ramp and off-ramp coverage in key markets, working with third-party providers and internal payment infrastructure.
Evolve the P2P Platform to increase trust, conversion, and liquidity especially in high-volume emerging economies.
Design and launch features across the stack: trader onboarding, dispute resolution, price matching, KYC/payment orchestration, and settlement.
Develop go-to-market plans for liquidity partners, payment providers, and new market entries.
Use data to understand trade dynamics, optimize funnel performance, and drive product-led growth across buyer and seller segments.
Stay on top of trends in global payments, OTC/P2P trading, and cross-border fintech to inform roadmap and partnerships.
