We combine clinical expertise with alternative healing modalities to foster comprehensive wellness.

• Lead strategic planning, business development, and operational execution.
• Drive capital infusion to accelerate multi-city franchise expansion and digital services rollout.
• Build partnerships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Uphold compliance with all applicable healthcare, wellness, and business regulations in India.
• Oversee certification, licensing, and quality assurance frameworks.

• Proven track record in healthcare, wellness, or allied sectors with business leadership experience.
• Significant personal investment capacity aligned with scaling ambitions.
• Strong understanding of holistic mental healthcare systems and the wellness industry in India.
• Familiarity with regulatory and licensing requirements for mental health professionals, wellness centers, and alternative medicine practitioners in India.
• Ability to navigate B2B and B2C markets with innovative go-to-market strategies.

• Co-founder or organizational leadership should ensure compliance with:
• Clinical and Therapy Services:Possession of appropriate clinical licenses for mental healthcare providers such as psychologists (RCI registration), psychiatrists (MCI/NMC registration), and clinical social workers.
