We help developers market and sell projects more effectively through cinematic 3D walkthroughs, CGI videos, elevation renders, virtual tours, AI-powered presentations, digital floor plans, and interactive sales experiences.

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive with strong exposure to the real estate industry and developer ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, meeting real estate developers/builders, presenting our visualization solutions, and closing high-value projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate marketing, has strong networking skills, and can confidently pitch creative and technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach real estate developers, builders, architects, and channel partners across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
- Generate leads through networking, references, field visits, industry events, and direct meetings
- Present company services including:
- 3D Walkthroughs
- CGI Videos
- Elevation Renders
- Virtual Tours
- AI-Powered Presentation Solutions
- Digital Floor Plans
- Real Estate Branding Visualization
- Conduct client meetings, project briefings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and suggest customized visualization solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Update and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Minimum 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience
- Sales Experience in real estate, PropTech, architectural visualization solution must
- Strong understanding of the real estate developer ecosystem
- Existing network with builders/developers will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently pitch premium creative and technology-based services
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up capabilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive personality
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
- Basic understanding of visualization tools, 3D walkthroughs, CGI videos or digital marketing solutions preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is a plus
