Roles and Responsibilities
Consolidating Accounts, Finance , P&L and Balance sheets of the existing three K12 and schools two management Schools under the Trust
Principal Accountabilities:-
- Preparation and finalisation of Accounts & Reporting
- Managing and extends required support on day to day accounting operations
Management Reporting & MIS
Maintain close coordination with auditors for smooth closing of audits/limited review.
Costing,& Budgeting and Project accounting for new school Project underway
- Oversees internal, external, and regulatory audit processes
- Maintaining accounting controls by designing and implementing policies and procedures
- Maintaining and updating routine banking formalities
- Maintaining and updating audit work papers and back-up papers for all important points from closing perspective
- Initiate & follow up on IT initiatives
Statutory Reporting :
- Prepares financial statements, corporate financial and integrated reports for external stakeholders using appropriate technology.
- Leads effective decision making through analysing, evaluating, and communicating performance and position of entities.
- Prepares financial statements for groups of entities using appropriate technologies.
- Monitors, critically evaluates, and advises on the relevant accounting standards, regulations, conceptual and financial reporting frameworks
