Role Summary

Support financial planning, analysis, and business partnering across sales, marketing, and operations. The role focuses on performance tracking, reporting, and generating insights to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilitie

• sPlanning & Forecasting: Support AOP, budgeting, and periodic forecast
• sMIS & Reporting: Prepare dashboards, MIS, and variance analysis vs plan/prior period
• sBusiness Performance: Track channel-wise performance (D2C, marketplaces, retail, B2B) and support P&L analysi
• 
  sMarketing Analytics: Monitors spend and evaluate metrics such as CAC, LTV, and RO
• IDecision Support: Provide analysis of pricing, promotions, and business initiative
• sCost Monitoring: Partner with operations to track costs and identify optimization opportunitie
• sData Management: Maintain financial models and ensure accuracy of data/reporting
