We are hiring an Accounts & Finance Manager who can independently manage the companys day-to-day accounting, finance operations, statutory compliance, payroll, taxation, and reporting requirements.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Work Mode: Work from office

Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage the companys day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions.
  
• Handle GST filings, TDS deductions and returns, tax-related documentation, and statutory compliance.
• Manage PF, ESIC, payroll processing, salary structuring, and salary disbursement.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase entries, payment records, expense statements, and vendor/client ledgers.
• Track receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-ups, collections, and payments.
• Maintain bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external CAs, consultants, vendors, and government portals for compliance and documentation.
• Monitor monthly expenses, cash flow, and day-to-day financial movement across the business.
• Support management with financial data, reports, and basic MIS for decision-making.
• Ensure proper maintenance of records related to taxation, payroll, vendor payments, reimbursements, and other finance operations.
• Handle compliance-related documentation and ensure deadlines are met without lapses.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and process improvement as the company scales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts, finance, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax basics, PF, ESIC, payroll processing, invoicing, reconciliations, and accounting workflows

• Ability to independently manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations for a growing company.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting or finance tools.
• Good understanding of compliance timelines, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants.
• Prior experience in handling finance operations for a startup, media company, agency, or growing business will be preferred.
