We are seeking a Product Designer to create gamified learning experiences that motivate students to keep progressing. This role requires blending visual storytelling with interaction design to create rewarding and fun educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design gamification features like progress trackers, badges, and challenges.
- Translate educational goals into playful, engaging interactions.
- Collaborate with product and curriculum teams to align game mechanics with learning outcomes.
- Conduct research with learners to understand motivation triggers.
- Deliver prototypes that bring gamified flows to life.
- Create design components that make gamification scalable across the platform.
- Ensure balance between fun experiences and usability for all ages.
- 35 years designing consumer-facing apps, ideally with gamification.
- Strong visual design and interaction design foundation.
- Experience working on EdTech, gaming, or youth-focused digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and motion/animation tools.
- Portfolio with examples of interactive, playful experiences.
