Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and experienced SEO cum Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online presence in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, digital marketing trends, and lead generation strategies specific to real estate. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and executing digital campaigns to generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis specific to real estate keywords.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and property listings for SEO.
- Monitor and improve website rankings using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Develop backlink strategies and off-page SEO activities.
- Regular SEO audits and performance reporting.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and manage PPC campaigns for property promotions and lead generation.
- Email marketing and marketing automation using tools like Mailchimp or similar.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging creatives and copy for social media and ad campaigns.
- Analyze marketing metrics and report campaign performance.
Social Media Marketing:
- Manage company profiles on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Plan and implement real estate-focused social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- Monitor trends and optimize content for better reach and lead engagement.
Content & Website Management:
- Coordinate with content writers for blog and article creation focused on real estate investment, property insights, etc.
- Regularly update website content, listings, and landing pages.

- Ensure the website is optimized for mobile and local search.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and basic website structure is a plus.
- Experience in real estate lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
- Video marketing and YouTube SEO experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools used in real estate (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
