Position Title: Post Producer / Post-Production Supervisor

Role Overview

The Post Producer is responsible for end-to-end management of the post-production process, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all video content.

This role is not execution-focused but supervision-driven, involving coordination with editors, motion designers, colorists, sound engineers, and other technical teams—while maintaining alignment with client expectations and creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire post-production lifecycle from edit kickoff to final delivery
• Act as the bridge between clients, creative team, and technical team
• Translate briefs into clear post-production direction for editors, designers, and artists
• Supervise edits to ensure storytelling, pacing, and creative intent are on point
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
• Conduct internal reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to the team
• Handle client communication, feedback loops, and approvals
  
• Ensure consistency in quality, branding, and technical output across deliverables
• Oversee versioning, deliveries, and final outputs across formats/platforms
• Troubleshoot post challenges and ensure smooth workflow execution
• Content Experience Required

Hands-on experience managing post-production for:

• Corporate films
• Documentaries
• Brand videos
• Human-interest / impact stories
• Stock-based videos
• Explainer videos
• Digital content & reels packaging
• DVCs (Digital Video Commercials)
• TVCs (Television Commercials)

• Strong understanding of editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound workflows (no need to execute, but must supervise effectively)
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
• Strong client handling and communication skills
• Ability to give clear creative and technical feedback
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Understanding of post-production pipelines (offline/online, conforming, mastering, delivery formats)

Preferred Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in post-production supervision / post producing
• Prior experience working with agencies, production houses, or studios
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end video delivery across formats
