We at TVH are looking for Assistant Manager HR Admin.
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR and Admin Officer to handle the recruitment process, employee documentation, and the full employee lifecycle from entry to exit. This role also includes supervising junior admin staff, managing in-house staff needs, and overseeing the maintenance of IT devices and related resources. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment records and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Documentation:
- Ensure that all employee documentation is completed accurately and maintained in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and other necessary documentation.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from entry to exit, including onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Ensure smooth transitions for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Handle employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters.
- Admin Supervision:
- Supervise junior admin staff and provide guidance in daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure the effective management of office supplies, facilities, and other administrative requirements.
- In-House Staff Management:
- Oversee the needs and well-being of in-house staff, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and general office management.
- IT Device Management:
- Oversee the procurement, distribution, and maintenance of IT devices and equipment.

- Track and ensure proper usage, upkeep, and inventory of laptops, desktops, software, and other IT-related devices.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Support management with the development and implementation of HR and administrative policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word , Excel and HR management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
