Human Resource Intern For An NGO In Sustainability

and Note that this is not a recruitment role, this is an HR Generalist role.

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Handle employee satisfaction assessment, grievance redressal, etc.
• Handle employee productivity management and timesheet assessment
• Hire and orient new employees
• Handle employee communication management
• Implement new HR Systems

Please note that the role is completely online. Hence, applicants must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.

Desired Background

Background in Human Resource Management, strong emotional quotient and empathy.

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend:

Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months

Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
