Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for promoting projects in the market and engaging with Channel Partners (CP) to generate walk-ins and support client needs. Your role will involve maintaining the CP database, coordinating with CPs for support, and exploring new avenues to broaden the market. Additionally, you will conduct CP meets during launches and sustenance phases, ensuring effective communication with CPs regarding project updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain project details to Channel Partners and encourage them to work on ongoing projects
- Identify potential Channel Partners and promote projects to them
- Maintain and upgrade the Channel Partner database
- Coordinate with Channel Partners for data and client support
- Monitor walk-ins and deals from Channel Partners through maintaining MIS
- Explore new opportunities with Channel Partners to expand market reach
- Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and sustenance phases
- Coordinate with CPs for walking/booking details and keep them updated on any project changes
- Generate 70% of walk-ins through Channel Partners for respective sites
- Develop a reliable strategy to activate Channel Partners for the site

Qualifications Required:
- 3-5+ years of real estate experience
- Location preference: Matunga, Mulund, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli
