Job Description

We’re hiring a Business Sales Executive who can drive IT solutions sales across the UAE market. This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise software, ERP systems, CRM platforms, integrations, and digital transformation solutions.You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting technology solutions, and closing deals with businesses looking to modernize their operations using automation, ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions.This role blends lead generation + consultative selling + client relationship management, because selling modern IT solutions requires understanding both technology and business processes.Program Highlights (What makes this role exciting)Enterprise Solutions Sales

Opportunity to grow into Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager roles.Responsibilities (End-to-End)Lead Generation & Market DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities in the UAE market.Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and cold calling.Build relationships with decision-makers, founders, and business leaders.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.Client Engagement & Solution SellingUnderstand client business processes and technology challenges.Present suitable IT solutions such as:ERP consulting and implementationCRM solutionsZoho ecosystem implementationsSAP solutionsAPI and system integrationsBusiness automation platformsCloud-based enterprise applicationsConduct product demos, solution presentations, and consultations.Sales Cycle ManagementManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations.Work with the technical team to design the right solution architecture.Track opportunities and activities in CRM.Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with clients.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Ensure client satisfaction and retention.Performance & ReportingAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.Track client interactions and deal with progress in CRM systems.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of local UAE sales experience (mandatory).Experience in IT sales / enterprise software sales.Strong understanding of business software such as:ERP systemsCRM platformsBusiness automation toolsIntegration solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
