Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Manager. As a Meta Ads Manager, you will execute and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will analyze advertising metrics, manage budgets, and develop strategies to maximize ROI. Responsibilities also include creating compelling ad creatives, conducting A/B tests, and staying updated on platform changes and industry trends to ensure best practices are applied.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite
• Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and interpreting key metrics such as CPC, CTR, and ROI

• Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting optimization

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
