What Youll Do
As part of our Paid Social Media Marketing team that we are currently building, you will be instrumental in driving our digital growth and the growth of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns, primarily on Instagram, but also using TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, SnapChat, X and other relevant networks.
- Creative Ad Development: Craft engaging, high-performing ad copy and creative concepts tailored for social media, ensuring alignment with our brand and artistic ethos.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and refine targeting and messaging for maximum ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to develop briefs for designers, photographers, and videographers, ensuring every campaign reflects our high aesthetic standards.
- Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising, and proactively integrate innovative strategies to keep us ahead in the market.

What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record managing successful paid social advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, X.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights dashboards.
- Experience in creative campaign development and collaboration with design teams, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- A passion for digital marketing, art, and the creator economy.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
