We areseeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join us as the Head of Cost Reduction and Value Enhancement.
This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing costs and enhancing value across ouroperations.
The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team toidentify, implement, and sustain cost-saving measures and value-enhancingstrategies over a 3-5 year period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive cost reduction and value enhancement strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals dedicated to cost optimization and value enhancement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives and gain buy-in for cost reduction and value enhancement efforts.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and measure the impact of cost reduction and value enhancement initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and outcomes of cost reduction and value enhancement projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering +/Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in any function, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with a passion for cost reduction and value enhancement.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
