Thermax - Team Member - Fixed Assets

Position : Team member-Fixed Assets.
Division : Corp Fin TFS-RTR.
Experience

- Budgetary control: Keep track on budgetary control incl requisitions Vs actual procured.

- Continuous Monitoring: Ensure timely capitalization, tagging by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and reconciliations , Asset management ( involves accounting knowledge ).

- Asset Tracking: Reporting ,Maintain detailed records of all fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.

- Auditing: Ensure Audit compliances, regular audits to verify the existence and condition of assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on asset status, depreciation schedules, and financial impacts.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to manage asset lifecycle processes.

- System Management: Utilize asset management software to track and report on asset data.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to asset management processes and

systems.
