JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Objective:
The Vice President Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and driving EBG Groups marketing vision across its diverse brand portfolio. The role demands a dynamic, data-driven marketing leader who can accelerate brand growth, strengthen market positioning, enhance customer engagement, and ensure measurable impact across all channels and segments.
This executive will lead all marketing functions, develop cohesive brand strategies, and drive initiatives that support business growth, brand recognition, and revenue objectives at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Brand Vision:
- Lead the marketing vision and strategy for EBG Group and its portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with the Groups long-term growth goals.
- Define brand architectures, unified narratives, and positioning frameworks that resonate across sectors and regions.
- Champion innovation in marketing approaches to stay ahead in competitive and evolving markets.
Integrated Marketing & Go-to-Market:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (digital + offline) that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and brand extensions.
- Establish brand benchmarks and KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Digital & Customer Engagement:
- Drive digital transformation in marketing through performance marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, analytics, and automation.

- Oversee customer lifecycle and engagement strategies to nurture loyalty and retention.
- Leverage insights to optimize marketing funnel and customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Business Heads, Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Integrate customer insights into product innovation, pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies.
Brand Communication & PR:
- Shape corporate reputation, thought leadership, and storytelling across traditional media, social platforms, and events.
- Manage external communications, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and media relations.
Team Leadership & Growth Culture:
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team.
- Cultivate a data-driven and creative culture that champions experimentation and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing or analytics is a plus.
Professional Experience:
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/VP/Head of Marketing role.
- Experience leading multi-brand, multi-industry marketing functions is strongly preferred.
- Track record of building brands, driving growth, and managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an analytical mindset.
- Expertise across digital marketing channels, branding, communications, and GTM strategy.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong proficiency in market research, customer segmentation, and performance measurement tools.
