Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth.

- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
