Biomedical Scientist (PhD Level)

Excellent opportunities are available to engage in cutting edge projects for building digital/AI solutions for biomedical research cycle-based discovery and development of innovations. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic life science scientists (PhD level) with a passion for learning and impacting human lives by facilitating scientific discoveries through digital technology.

• Systematically classify various domains and subdomains of biomedical discovery research process.
• Identify opportunities for creating digital solutions to assist biomedical research scientists.
• Reimagine biomedical research process and visualize how innovative digital/AI platform can transform innovations in biological sciences.
• Interface with software and AI teams to facilitate their understanding of various research processes underlying biomedical sciences, help realize the gaps that can be solved with digital platforms
• Work with the digital tech team to facilitate the creation of digital solutions for biological sciences
  
• Work with the leadership to identify key areas of biomedical commercial opportunities.
• Conduct routine market analysis, spot emerging business opportunities, inform ThinkBio leadership
• Manage associates.
• Participate and present results at cross-functional team meetings.
• Contribute to building a positive, team-oriented work culture.

• Curious, driven, passionate, aspires to use science and digital solutions to make human lives better.
• PhD in any branch of biological sciences with experience in the broad areas related to cell, genome, biochemistry and therapeutic discovery.
• Significant understanding of the broader biomedical research and various processes related to discovery and innovations of new aspects of biology and/or drugs (e.g., cell biology, mechanism of action discovery, phenotypic assays, biochemical assays, immunology, genomics, protein engineering, drug screening, mammalian cell and genome engineering, cell signalling, drug discovery screening, or related fields).
• Familiarity with a wide range of experimental approaches.
