Job Description

    As a Sales Executive (Fresher) at BroadNet Technology located in Baner, Pune, you will play a vital role in our Sales Department. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to establish a strong sales pipeline. You will be expected to deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our SMS solutions. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions will be crucial. Additionally, you will support the sales team in developing and executing effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Your role will also involve managing customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, monitoring sales performance metrics, and providing insights for improvement will be part of your responsibilities.
    To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply. An MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective pitching abilities, and a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service are necessary. Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning and growing in a sales environment.
