Payments Project Manager

ThinkMarkets is seeking a Payments Project Manager to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Head of Merchant Services and Payments We are recruiting for a Payments Project Manager who will manage the integrations, enhancements and ongoing automations of all functions relating to Payments. Setting high standards sets the ThinkMarkets brand apart from competitors. The ideal candidate will have a service-centric mindset, be strategically and technically driven and have strong time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate the feasibility of Payment related projects.


• Provide project planning, management, integrations, enhancements and ongoing payment related projects. Ensuring that projects are completed on-time, and with a high quality of deliverables.



• Create and maintain all payments related project documentation.


• Work with relevant departments to follow up and close cases.


• Track and report project progress as well as define and implement project success measures.


• Maintain external and internal communication channels for all Payment project related projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Payment Project Management experience within the Fintech Industry. Payment operations understanding required, trading operations understanding as an advantage.


• Solid background in overseeing large multi-function project teams including Developers, Business Analysts, Data/Analytics, QA's, etc.


• Understanding of software development life cycle models as well a traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.


• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence and CRM systems.


• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
