Payments Reporting Analyst

ThinkMarkets is seeking a Payments Reporting Analyst to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Head of Merchant Services and Payments, you will be responsible for daily, monthly and ad hoc reporting related to client deposits/withdrawals and third-party settlements.

Responsibilities:

• Review and improve daily reconciliation reporting for the ThinkMarkets Group


• Review and improve reports related to transaction monitoring – flagging suspicious transactions.


• Review SLA's and mange reports to ensure deadlines are met.


• Document all process and procedures throughout the Payments Department.


• Work closely with team members to share information and knowledge to ensure a standard is set for our clients in relation to Payments.


• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points


• 
  Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to management.


• Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs set by management.


• Provide ongoing feedback to management and contribute to Group initiatives.


• Adhere to policies, guidelines, procedures, and training plans.


• Manage escalations to senior managers as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Payment Reporting Analyst experience within the financial or Forex sector (preferred)


• Degree qualified in either Finance or Accounting – Master's preferred.


• Experience in using Jira and Confluence is critically required.


• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
