Job Description
- As an HR Manager at THINK TANKER, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Your responsibilities will also include designing, developing, and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that are aligned with the overall business goals of the company. Additionally, you will be handling employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and engagement initiatives to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Design, develop, and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee performance management systems and career development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Plan and organize training programs and skill development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement activities to foster a motivated workforce
- Provide HR insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and reports
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
