Role - Corporate Sales Manager

Purpose of Role
1. Design Sales Strategy and implement the same in Sales unit across the business 2. Achieving individual revenue targets as defined by the business
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients4. Ensuring quality service is provided to clients by following the organization standards
Job Role
1. Responsible to achieve the set Sales Target for the year through traded volumes
2. Responsible to create a funnel of corporate clients and ensure they are regularly solicited
3. Manage and maintain a tracker with 100% visibility to the sales head
4. Responsible to scoping & identify potential markets to enter

5. Gather market intelligence on competition accounts and ensure all RFPs floated in the market are tracked and participated as per eligibility
6. Have a detailed understanding of the product & create a unique offering for the corporate clients
7. Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients
8. Lead and develop regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
9. Manage and evaluate team members performance, providing regular feedback and support for improvement.
10. Achieve and deliver regional sales targets, including both team and individual trading goals.
11. Oversee and manage the CRM system for the region, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
12. Map and analyze the assigned region/territory to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
