Job Description
1. Responsible for managing domestic travel file / tour operations for assigned geography or destination
2. To maintain product cost as per the SOM
3.Work closely with the sales team and confirm the bookings
4. To ensure the rates received from our suppliers are competitive and negotiated 5.To develop and maintain strong relationship with suppliers
6. To attend supplier meetings, trainings and road shows
8. Cost sheet to be maintained for each booking
9. To ensure ZERO liability after the file is closed
10. The set turnaround times are met and the sales team is constantly updated in case of undue delays.
11. To make and check handover vouchers
12. To establish contact with the client while on tour to take feedback

Knowledge of Travel Operations, Leisure travel, Itinery, Holiday Packages Destination Knowledge is a must for this position.
