As a Finance IT Compliance Analyst at Thoucentric, your key responsibilities include collaborating with finance and IT teams to ensure adherence to SOX and ITGC compliance requirements, supporting audit readiness, and control effectiveness. You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Go-To-Market and Gross-to-Net sales processes, translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT tools, lead analysis of claims processing workflows, and partner with stakeholders for solution design and deployment. Additionally, you will monitor compliance metrics, conduct user acceptance testing, facilitate training programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics tools.
