Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Process Consultant with strong expertise in Investment/Wealth Management processes, hands-on skills in process consulting and business transformation, and working knowledge of AI, data, and automation solutions. This is a client-facing role where you will partner with business stakeholders, understand requirements, map processes, define solutions, and support implementation across advisory, investment, and operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Consulting
& Transformation
- Lead AsIs process assessments, identify inefficiencies, and design ToBe processes.
- Support operating model design across people, process, data, and technology layers.
- Define KPIs and measurable outcomesefficiency, accuracy, cycle time reduction, STP %, etc.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure alignment with business processes.
- Support UAT, training, documentation, and change management activities.
2. AI / Data / Automation Support
- Identify use cases for AI, analytics, and automation across investment/wealth operations.
- Work with AI/data/engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Support design of functional workflows for:
- Document extraction (OCR/NLP)
- Predictive insights (risk scoring, next-best-action)
- Workflow automation (RPA)
- Client 360 and data quality improvements
- Validate outputs from AI/automation solutions and ensure they meet business expectations.
4. Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Act as a bridge between business users, product owners, technology teams, and vendors.
- Manage day-to-day functional delivery, prioritization, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documents, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Ensure smooth functional deployment and postimplementation support.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst in Investment or Wealth Management.
- Strong understanding of frontoffice, middleoffice, and operational processes in wealth/investment domains.
- Hands-on experience in process mapping, requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT.
- Exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation initiatives.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience
Working with tools/platforms such as:
- Portfolio/OMS/PMS platforms
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River, Broadridge, etc.
- Automation tools (UiPath/AA), workflow tools (Appian/PEGA)
- BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, Suitability, FATCA/CRS, MiFID, etc.).
- Certifications like CFA (Level 1), FRM, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Agile/Scrum are a plus.
