We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR intern to be a part of our HR ( Talent Acquisition ) department and provide assistance in recruitment tasks. The interns responsibilities will include updating JD, creating JD, Job Postings, Screening profiles (1^st level ) conducting background checks.

This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

First-level screening and shortlisting of resumes.

Contact applicants, schedule interviews with them, and follow up as required.

Assist in the onboarding process.

Any ideas to innovative activities to improve team bonding will be welcomed & appreciated.

Maintain accurate data of all the HR/ Recruitment activities which are handled by you.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled or recently finished bachelors in HR management or a related field.

Possess excellent communication skills.

Showcase organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Should have the ability to collaborate and work with the team.

Know how to work with MS Office Suite (MS Word,MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

Must have creative thinking abilities.
