Job Description
- Spotter (AI Analyst) is a leading AI-powered tool in the emerging market of AI power data analytics, designed to make data analytics accessible, automated, and insightful. It aids businesses in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets swiftly, facilitating faster and more informed decision-making. Leveraging machine learning and AI, Spotter continuously enhances its capabilities, providing scalable solutions for various industries.
As a Staff Engineer, you will collaborate with a team of 5-10 talented engineers to develop cutting-edge data analytics products. Your role will involve hands-on work in architecture, design, and development, leading projects from inception to completion while aligning with customer requirements and business objectives.
In this position, your responsibilities will include leading the architecture and development of intricate projects in Gen AI, Applied ML, and Data Analytics. You will ensure the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and performance-oriented solutions across multiple platforms, driving hands-on design and technical leadership throughout the software lifecycle. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve technical and business objectives, mentoring team members, and contributing to best practices and standards will also be part of your role. Staying abreast of AI/ML trends and integrating them into solutions will be essential.
To excel in this role, you should possess over 10 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an architect/lead role. Strong expertise in domains such as Gen AI/Applied ML, Data Analytics, Infrastructure/Platform Engineering, or Large Scale Backend Systems is required. Demonstrated success in B2B/B2C environments focusing on scalability and performance, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices, and excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. A growth mindset, adaptability, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a blend of technical proficiency and strategic vision are qualities that will contribute to your success.
