Job Description
- As a Software Developer at Thoughtworks, you will collaborate with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, Project Managers, and other team members to design software solutions that drive meaningful change for our clients. Your role involves listening thoughtfully to understand the context of a business problem and writing clean and iterative code to deliver impactful results. By maintaining a balance between strong opinions and a willingness to find the right solution, you will bring integrity to technology, ensuring that all voices are heard.

In this role, you will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to create innovative customer experiences for our clients. You will collaborate with teammates to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes, ensuring that best practices and UX specifications are integrated throughout the development process. Additionally, you will partner with technologists from cross-functional teams to promote and demonstrate a DevOps culture, taking ownership and accountability for delivering exceptional results for our clients.
As a qualified candidate, you should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on software development experience and experience using one or more development languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Golang, with a focus on Object-Oriented programming. You should be proficient in writing clean, high-quality code in various languages and have familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices. Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
