We are hiring experienced professionals for an Email Support (Non-Voice) Process with a reputed organization. Candidates with strong written communication skills and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through Calls only
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional written responses
- Resolve customer issues within defined TATs
- Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and process guidelines
- Deliver consistent customer satisfaction through effective email handling
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th pass & above
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience in Customer Support (mandatory)
- Language:Excellent English comprehension and writing skills

Shift Details
- Shift timing -08 AM-09 PM (Any 9 hrs shift)
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 28,000
- Travel Ticket will be provided by the company.
