Job Overview

The Engineer, Platform Support supports the ongoing configuration, enhancement, and integration of business-critical platforms, with a primary focus on NetSuite and other enterprise applications. This role collaborates across teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly system solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Ideal candidates bring experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, are adept at troubleshooting technical issues, and have a strong foundation in automation and system optimization. Flexibility to support and adapt to a variety of platforms is key in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities And Duties

Knowledge & Application

• Administers and customizes enterprise applicationsincluding ERP platforms like NetSuiteto support finance, operations, and related functions.
• Designs and develops workflows, automations, integrations, and reports across multiple systems.
• Participates in testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of system enhancements.
• Supports user access, role management, data integrity, and day-to-day platform operations.
• Adapts to and supports additional business systems as organizational needs evolve.

Complexity & Problem Solving

• Identifies opportunities for process optimization and automation through technical solutions.
• Troubleshoots complex system issues, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business disruption.
• Uses sound judgment in balancing technical capabilities, user needs, and business priorities.

Collaboration & Interaction

• Works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated system solutions.
• Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance.
• Collaborates with external vendors and internal teams to manage system changes and drive innovation.

Working Hours Requirement:

Location: This is a remote position and can be based in either the Philippines or India.
