Job Description
- As a Claims Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in P&C Insurance, you will be responsible for leading solutioning, RFP responses, digital initiatives, and claims transformation projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving solution development in partnership with Digital & AI teams
- Leading RFP/RFI responses and client workshops
- Spearheading claims transformation initiatives
- Creating impactful sales collateral and presentations
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in P&C Claims operations, transformation, or consulting
- Deep understanding of the claims value chain

- Proven consulting and solutioning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred qualifications include a Masters degree and experience in top consulting or Big Four firms.
