Job Description

The Content Marketing Specialist at Thrillophilia will play a crucial role in collaborating with various teams such as performance marketing and social media to develop and implement effective content strategies for Thrillophilia projects and its partners. You will be tasked with understanding user behavior online, creating engaging and impactful content, managing diverse marketing projects, and driving digital marketing initiatives to enhance user engagement and drive sales.

Your responsibilities will include crafting content strategies for a variety of projects including press releases, guidebooks, partnership campaigns, and new destination activations. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent grammatical skills, and the ability to conduct in-depth research akin to a professional journalist. Additionally, you will need to possess strong project management abilities, be adept at multitasking, and have a creative yet analytical mindset.
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you should be well-versed in various marketing channels such as blogs, social media, email, and video marketing. A solid understanding of online advertising metrics like CPM, CPC, and CPL is essential, along with the ability to solve digital marketing challenges and optimize user experience journeys. You will be responsible for managing digital content hubs, social channels, and executing marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
