THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Role: Customer Success Associate / Global Support Executive
• Process: 100% Inbound Voice or Blended (Voice + Chat/Email)
• Locations: Yerawada (Pune), Mumbai, Gurgaon/Noida (NCR), Hyderabad
• Salary: 3.0 LPA to 6.5 LPA (Based on experience + Last drawn)
• Working Days: 5 Days a week (2 Rotational/Fixed Offs)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• 
  Global Representation: Act as the face of premium global brands for customers in the US, UK, or Australia.
• Problem Solving: Resolve complex customer queries, technical troubleshooting, or billing issues with a professional approach.
• Customer Success: Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and FCR (First Call Resolution) scores.
• Digital Tools: Work on world-class CRM platforms and digital communication tools.

Preferred Candidates Profile: We value diversity and skills over specific industry backgrounds. We welcome candidates from BPO, KPO, Hospitality, Aviation, and Retail.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a clear, neutral accent.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers with great communication are welcome).
• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream).
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment (predominantly Night Shifts).
