This role reports to the India Sr Director of Customer Engagement. The person will lead a senior team of ATS to drive deeper technology engagement acc

ross customers and partners based out of India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ATS
• Own strategic customer & strategic partner relationships at the technical engineering and technical executive levels of the customers organization
• Operate independently as the primary contributor to the sales strategy
• Fulfill strategic role in the sales strategy
• 
  Explain the business benefits of the Citrix solution in specific sales opportunities
• Provide technical vision
• Technical Account Leadership
• Provide oversight on all customer communications to insure completeness, technical accuracy and grammatical and logical accuracy
• Knowledge of the competition to be able to present and articulate our competitive advantage
• Responsible for technology transfer to other SCs within assigned region and communication of feature recommendations, product direction and customer requirements into Product Management and Development Engineering

Required Experience/Skills

• Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas.
• Has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
• Manage departments or units led by other people managers.
• Responsible for execution of strategy and operations within the department.

Education

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years prior relevant experience.
