Job Description
Ticmint is a fast-growing startup in the event tech space, transforming how tickets are sold and managed. With operations across the UK, UAE, and India, we work with leading venues, festivals, and cultural institutions. Were now looking to centralize and streamline our backend operations using Zohos suite of tools.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & HR Systems Executive to lead the implementation, day-to-day management, and optimization of Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll. This role will be the internal owner of our financial and HR systems, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and automation across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Zoho Setup & Administration
- Configure and manage Zoho Books, Payroll, and People modules
- Migrate historical financial and employee data to Zoho
- Maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity, and manage system updates
- Finance & Bookkeeping
- Handle invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation, and reporting in Zoho Books
- Liaise with external accountant/legal counsel for audit and compliance
- Payroll Management
- Set up and run monthly payrolls using Zoho Payroll
- Manage statutory deductions, payslips, and salary disbursements
- Ensure compliance with Indian and UAE payroll regulations (preferred)
- HR & People Operations
- Administer employee records, leave management, attendance, and policy enforcement via Zoho People
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation
- Automation & Reporting
- Build custom reports and dashboards for management
- Streamline workflows and suggest improvements to internal systems
- 35 years experience in a similar role or as a Zoho administrator
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, Payroll, and People

- Background in Accounting, Finance, or HR (B.Com/M.Com/MBA preferred)
- Understanding of statutory compliance (India required, UAE a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Zoho Certification or prior implementation experience
- Experience with remote international teams
- Familiarity with event ticketing or SaaS industries
- Be a core part of a growing startup with global presence
- Take ownership of systems that impact finance, operations, and HR
- Work directly with founders and contribute to long-term scaling
