Role Overview:
Were looking for a Lead frontend engineer with deep expertise in Next.js, React.js, and modern UI systems, who can lead and scale our frontend architecture.
Youll be responsible for building a component-driven UI framework that supports rapid brand customization across tenants, ensuring speed, reusability, and design consistency.
You will play a critical leadership role in guiding Ticmints frontend roadmap, balancing technical excellence with startup agility.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead the frontend ecosystem for Ticmints multi-tenant, branding-based SaaS platform.

Define and enforce coding standards, UI architecture, and design systems across multiple frontend modules.

Mentor and upskill frontend developers, fostering a culture of code quality and innovation.
Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Build and optimize high-performance, responsive, and scalable React/Next.js applications.
Develop and maintain UI libraries and design systems enabling instant branding for partner platforms.
Integrate page generation systems or libraries (e.g., Chaibuilder, or similar) to automate and streamline custom page creation for organizers.
Ensure SSR/SSG implementation for performance, SEO, and dynamic multi-tenant rendering.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment workflows for frontend delivery.
Identify performance bottlenecks, resolve complex UI challenges, and ensure pixel-perfect design execution.
Stay current with evolving front-end trends, technologies, and frameworks, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of modern web applications.

Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.

Strong experience with UI design systems, building reusable, scalable, and accessible component libraries.
Solid understanding of auto layout principles (e.g., Figma or design-to-code workflows) to ensure consistent and responsive interfaces.
Exposure to page generation systems or frameworks (e.g., Chaibuilder, Builder.io, or similar low-code UI/page generation tools).
Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, and component-driven architecture in Next.js.
Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and UI performance optimization.
Familiarity with Material UI, Redux, MobX, and GraphQL.
Hands-on experience with Webpack, Babel, and frontend build optimization.
Solid understanding of Git, RESTful APIs, and micro-frontend concepts.
Exposure to Node.js and backend integration is a plus.
Experience working in a SaaS or multi-tenant architecture environment is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
