Their award-winning platform, Funding Cloud, efficiently matches customers with suitable lenders and finance products tailored to their needs, ensuring a seamless experience with rapid funding decisions.
    We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to bolster our Sales Team by identifying, assessing, and nurturing potential SME customers who stand to benefit from commercial finance solutions. As the initial point of contact for many customers, you will play a pivotal role in comprehending their business requirements and setting them up for success with our Business Finance Specialists.
    Responsibilities:
    - Identifying and qualifying high-potential SME leads through various inbound and outbound channels
    - Engaging with potential customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to ascertain their finance needs
    - Conducting initial discovery conversations to evaluate eligibility and suitability for funding products
    - Maintaining precise and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce
    - Collaborating closely with Senior Business Finance Specialists to pass on qualified leads
    - Contributing to enhancing outreach strategies and conversion processes
    - Staying abreast of market trends, products, and lending partner updates
    - Sharing insights, feedback on lead quality, and trends with sales and marketing teams
    Qualifications:
    - 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support
    - Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is advantageous
    - Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and achieve lead qualification targets
    - Proactive and self-driven with a focus on delivering value
    - Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is beneficial
    - Passion for fostering the growth of small businesses
