Designation: Assistant Manager (Marketing & Lease Management)
Location: Taramani, Chennai
Type: Full-time (On-site)
Timings: 10:00 am - 05:45 pm (Mon-Fri)
Experience: 2-3 Years
TIDEL PARK LTD- TIDEL Park Limited, a joint venture between TIDCO and ELCOT, was established to promote the growth of the IT and IT-enabled services sector by providing state-of-the-art, plug-and-play infrastructure. Incorporated in 1997, the Company develops and operates large-scale IT parks across Tamil Nadu. TIDEL continues to play a pivotal role in advancing the States IT ecosystem by offering high-quality office spaces, reliable utilities, and an enabling environment for IT/ITES companies and startups.
What youll do:
i. Achieve assigned revenue targets and proactively source new business opportunities.
ii. Understand and map client requirements to appropriate spaces and assist clients through the complete onboarding process.
iii. Maintain consistent client engagement through meetings, tele-calling, and site inspections to build and sustain a strong business pipeline.
iv. Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
v. Represent TIDEL at various forums and external engagements, as required.
vi. Work on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare Business Development proposals as part of the new business pitch process.
vii. Ensure effective execution of lease management and administrative processes, including timely updating of all executed lease agreements in the system.
viii. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with agreed content, standards, and timelines.
ix. Host client meetings regularly and address client concerns in coordination with the TIDEL Operations team.

xi. Develop and implement communication strategies to build and maintain a positive corporate brand image.
xii. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring timely, accurate responses
xiii. Undertake any other official responsibilities assigned by the Management and Marketing Head from time to time.
Willing to travel for Client meetings regularly.
You should have:
Masters degree in Management, Marketing, Media Management, or Corporate Communication.
23 years of professional experience in Business Development, New Customer Acquisition, or Marketing roles.
Strong business communication skills with fluency in English and Tamil.
