Our client is looking for an EA to support the CEO in a fast-paced varied role. They are seeking an EA to be the true right-hand support to the CEO. This is an exciting and all-encompassing role where you will be providing admin support business /personal, project/ roadshow coordination and assist with day-to-day operations.

Duties Include:

• Extensive diary management


• Expense management


• Travel coordination, including itineraries and visa applications


• Collating presentations / reports


• Communicate with stakeholders



• Assist with personal errands


• General administration and day-to-day duties

YOU ARE

To be successful in this EA role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment and have c-suite EA experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.

Requirements

• 3-5 years working as an EA


• Must have c-suite level EA experience


• Essential you have experience working in the Finance sector (Investment Banking/ Private Equity/ Asset Management etc)


• Essenital you have DIFC or ADGM experience in the region


• Must be residing in Dubai
