- Organizational Design and Restructuring:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of organizational design initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of existing structures.
- Policy Implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and training programs for policy rollouts.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- HR Consultancy Expertise:
- Leverage your HR background in consultancy to provide strategic guidance on HR matters.
- Offer insights and solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
- Location Management:
- This role is based between Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, UAE, with flexibility for the candidate to choose their primary location.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align operational strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, with a strong focus on HR consultancy.
- Proven track record in organizational design, restructuring, and policy implementation.
- Experience in a top management consultancy firm, preferably one of the top 4.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
