Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic TMT Steel Projects Sales Executive to spearhead B2B project sales in the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling TMT steel or construction materials and possess strong relationships within the real estate and infrastructure ecosystem. This role requires an individual with a proactive sales approach and the ability to manage project-based client engagements from lead generation to post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including builders, contractors, structural consultants, architects, and procurement professionals.
- Promote and pitch TMT steel products to consultants, developers, and decision-makers involved in project execution.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations, tenders, and technical proposals in line with project specifications.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the projects division.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, technical teams) to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and market developments.
- No formal degree required; relevant experience preferred.
- 26 years of experience in B2B/project sales, ideally in TMT steel or building materials.

- Strong understanding of construction workflows, project procurement cycles, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of closing large project or institutional sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits, client meetings, and consultant interactions.
- Existing network of industry contacts including contractors, builders, developers, and consultants.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good technical knowledge of TMT products, their specifications, and usage in construction projects.
